Jeffrey Nemecek Has Had a Long Career as an Attorney

Jeffrey Nemecek is well-known and highly regarded as an experienced and nationally recognized public finance attorney who has worked for clients engaged in a number of public financing areas. Over the course of his career, Jeff Nemecek has gained experience as both a bond and underwriters’ counsel. To date, attorney Jeffrey Nemecek has been involved in more than $5 billion in closed public financing transactions in more than 20 states. Among the important projects in which Jeffrey Nemecek played a role have included solid waste and resource recovery infrastructure facilities, but they also include a number of airports, hydroelectric facilities, hospitals, schools, courthouses, correctional facilities and other types of facilities for non-profit organizations. Before he became an attorney, Jeffrey Nemecek graduated from Hamilton College in 1970 with a Bachelor’s Degree. That was before he went on to the University of Chicago Law School in 1974, to earn his Juris Doctor law degree. Jeffrey Nemecek was admitted to the Bar in Alabama since 1975, in New York since 1977, in Minnesota since 1984, in Florida since 1987, and in New Jersey since 1989.
